Tri-State Veneer and Plywood Company was founded in 1955.  For years we have developed a reputation and tradition of providing quality products and good service at competitive prices.  Our central location in a nationally recognized distribution center enables us to ship quickly to all parts of the country.

Our two manufacturing locations in Memphis give us the ability to meet the needs of the smallest or largest customer.  We maintain nearly 2,000 dies in stock which often enables us to produce products quickly, without waiting for toolings to be built.

In addition, we maintain a veneer mill which provides us with much of the raw material that is used in our plants.
